Return & Refund Policy


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Surya Living. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 48 of receiving the order.
Our Customer Care Team will call you with in 2-3 days and guide you for further information.
Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may have different return/exchange eligibility; please refer to the specific promotion's terms.

How to initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@suryaliving.com or Call us at +91-9205551597 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a description of the item you want to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Our customer support team will call you within 2-3 days and guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if your return/exchange is eligible.
We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
One receipt of the returned items, it goes through the quality check. If the item is damage- free, we will initiate the refund process within 2-4 working days

Terms & Conditions

Return the item within 5-7 days of the receipt.
Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at email id support@suryaliving.com We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.

Return Shipping

For returns/exchanges due to non-defective reasons as below:
Change of Mind: The customer changed their mind about the purchase and no longer wants the item.
Size or Fit: The item doesn't fit as expected, or the customer realized the size isn't suitable for their needs.
Color or Style Preference: The customer doesn't like the color, style, or design of the item after receiving it.
Unsatisfactory Features: The customer doesn't like the color, style, or design of the item after receiving it.
Gift Return: The customer doesn't like the color, style, or design of the item after receiving it.
Ordered by Mistake: The customer doesn't like the color, style, or design of the item after receiving it.
Price or Value: The customer may feel that the product is not worth the price they paid for
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs till our India Warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Surya Living is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Returns and Exchanges Processes

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the returned item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the returned item is eligible for an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 2-3 business days.
(a) Prepaid Order Refund: For orders that were prepaid, refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned product is picked up from your location.
(b) COD Order Refund: For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed between 8-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location. Please provide us with your bank details for the refund process. Kindly note that cash refunds will not be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

List of Defective Reason:
Colour cut seen through the rug.
Torn edge binding
Backing is stained or torn (incase of tufted)
The entire pile is coming off the carpet (incase of tufted)
Carpet shape is skewed and not perfectly rectangle or there is buckling when placed flat on the ground.
Design cut.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged)
Items that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are not in their original condition.

International Orders

Our return policy for international orders is applicable only to cases of manufacturing defects.
